Standard Installation Support (Free)

30 days email support beginning the day you receive your license key(s) for your Asvaco™ Software product. Support is free for  installation and configuration issues.

Support & Maintenance Plan for Asvaco Products

The Asvaco™ Support and Maintenance Subscription Fee (annual per seat) is 20% of the products full retail price. The Plan is available at the time you purchase the Asvaco Product. The plan begins after you register your Asvaco product.
 
You will receive 12 months of direct phone or Skype™ (preferred), and email support.

  • Includes availability of (Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM PST). Remote support via GoToMeeting if needed, (High Speed Internet Required) 
  • All “Minor” Asvaco Products point releases are covered, for Example; version 8.0 to 8.1 to 8.2 to 8.3 etc.
  •  Includes Asvaco Products minor feature enhancements.
  • Includes any Asvaco Products minor service pack updates.
  • Includes notification of when any minor enhancements or updates become available (e-mail).
  • Major Version Upgrades, are discounted to 45% of the full retail price, For Example; version 8.0 to 9.0, this is extended only to active Software Assurance Subscribers..
